3.) Fill out the application completely and legibly (leave no space blank) and mail it to 151 High Bridge Rd. Apt. #9, Carson, WA, 98610 with a money order or cash payment for processing.

Note: Each adult applying must submit an application and each applicant must submit $40. A $40 money order or cash payment must be included with the mailed application in order for the application to be processed. This fee lends itself to a background check of potential tenants, processing efforts, etc.
