Carson Village Apartments
Located at 151 High Bridge Rd. Carson, Washington, we are located at the northern end of town when leaving toward the Gifford Pinchot National Forest near the Wind River.
The Apartments
There are a total of 14 units that make the Carson Village Apartments. Some are newly renovated while others are in the process of being renovated.
The units on the property are as follows:
We have an 8-plex of single bedroom units that include 3/4 baths, and a offer quality, affordable living space.
A 4-Plex of single bedroom units that include full baths, and offer a slightly larger floor plan than the 8-plex units providing additional space.
Lastly, we have a Duplex building with two bedroom full bath units.
Please Note:
We currently do not have any laundry facilities on-site, but we are looking to add a laundromat in the future for tenant use only.
Additionally, appliances are provided with all units. If you are considering using your own, please let us know.
